THIS Deepavali, an extravagant buffet dinner takes place at Nook at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral.
Diners will be pleased with the wide selection.
You can start your feast in the Indian salad section. It offers a spicy Chana Chat Masala Salad, an original twist on Paneer Kofta Salad and a tempting Chicken Tikka Salad.
Seafood fans can head to the seafood counter offering fresh prawns, bamboo clams, crabs, scallops and mussels.
The tandoori corner also has its fair share of delicacies.
There’s grilled tandoori naan bread, succulent tandoori chicken and tasty lamb kebab, all complemented by a variety of chutneys including mint, garlic yoghurt, mango pickle and lime pickle.
The pani puri counter has options like chicken, lamb and potato to accompany with refreshing mint and turmeric juices, palm sugar and mixed muruku.
Favorite fried dishes such as bawal, kembong and Chicken 65 are offered at the poriyal station.
The carving station offers slow-cooked lamb marinated in spicy masala, served alongside tandoori-marinated vegetables and mint yogurt.
Other highlights include Hyderabad Briyani, Mutton Varuval, Masala Chicken Curry, Sri Lanka Fish Curry and Snake Gourd Kootu.
